You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at orders@TheManniiStore.com.

We are so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email support@TheManniiStore within 7 days of your delivery with photos of the damaged/incorrect product, your order number and any other details you have about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at Orders@TheManniiStore.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

If you have confirmed that the shipping address is correct, and you have gotten in touch with the shipping carrier to try to locate the lost package, please submit a to us no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
If the shipping address was incorrectly provided, and/or the tracking information indicates delivery was made but you did not receive it, we are unable to accept responsibility and any replacement items would not be covered.

Mistakes happen. If your item has not shipped yet, please contact us ASAP so we can get the correct address entered. Orders@TheManniiStore.
If your item has shipped to the incorrect address, usually it will be returned to sender. If an order is marked Return to Sender, we will attempt to contact you for an updated shipping address.
We will work with you to try to resolve an incorrect address issue.

If a carrier marks an order delivered, but you have not received it, The Mannii Store cannot accept responsibility for the order to be reshipped or refunded.
There may be cases where delivery was made but the package was left at an unexpected location at your address. Please reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example, “Left under the table on the back porch.”
If you are unable to locate the package, you can make a claim with the shipping carrier.
