Fulfillment

Orders usual are fulfilled within 3 to 5 days. When you place your order, it is sent to our on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, which means no matter where you are located, your orders can be printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

Shipping

We are proud to offer FLAT RATE SHIPPING in order to keep your costs down. All orders are shipped to you First Class U.S. Mail and arrive 2-4 business days after your order is fulfilled. All orders are charged $2.00 Flat Rate Shipping plus $1.00 per item.

Returns

We do not offer returns and exchanges but if there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at help@TheManniiStore.com. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong item(s) or damaged item(s). If this applies to your order, please contact us at help@TheManniiStore.com with pictures of the wrong or damaged item(s) and we’ll sort that out with you.

Exchanges

At this time, we are not able to offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at help@TheManniiStore.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Cancellations

All sales are final. In very, very rare instances we may be able to intercept an order before our manufacturing/production center begins to process your order, and only within the first 24 hours after your order is placed. If more than 24 hours has passed since your order placement, there is nothing we can do. If it is within 24 hours of your order placement and you believe you have an extraordinary situation, please email Orders@TheManniiStore.com and include your order number and a detailed explanation of the situation. We will do our best to accommodate you provided your order has not begun processing.
